Delivery costs are confirmed at checkout and are calculated based on the weight of the items in your basket and the provided delivery address. We use a weight-based system to calculate shipping costs.
Express delivery is a 24-48 hour tracked service which is provided by Royal Mail and is only eligible to customers based in the UK. Express delivery is non-refundable on any goods returned to us. For international orders, Please contact us directly via our message page or email prior to purchase, Alternatively through our social media accounts, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed by us. All international orders are liable for paying for their own customs duties and taxes to their government prior to the release of goods.
​You will receive an estimation time/date for delivery via SMS and/or email, and our courier we will endeavour to deliver any products ordered within the estimated period. Your name, address, email and contact number will be provided to our courier for the delivery service and it will be visible on the parcel label if it has been provided at checkout.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If this occurs, our courier will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Heavenly Cases shall have no liability for courier delays.
In the event of a failed delivery to you, Royal Mail may re-attempt delivery, leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place outside of your home or leave you a card or contact you to re-arrange delivery. You will be responsible for the products from the time we deliver the products to you at the stipulated delivery address. Any charges as a result of any failed deliveries that have incurred, or due to any package being returned to us will be your responsibility.
In the event of a sale or event, due to extreme volume, dispatch of goods maybe delayed by us, however, we will always endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible.
