  • Maintenance;

  • Updates;

  • Other reasonable operational requirements.

We will not be responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE

We take reasonable care to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be completely free from errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors;

  • Update information;

  • Change product descriptions;

  • Update specifications;

  • Change prices; and

  • Make reasonable changes to our website.

Changes will not affect orders that have already formed a legally binding contract, except where permitted by law or agreed with you.

7. OUR PRODUCTS

Heavenly Cases Ltd supplies acrylic display cases and other products and accessories for collectibles.

We take reasonable care to ensure that our products are accurately described.

Product descriptions may include information relating to:

  • Dimensions;

  • Materials;

  • Acrylic thickness;

  • Compatibility;

  • Product design;

  • Features;

  • Intended use; and

  • Other relevant specifications.

Customers should carefully review the product description and specifications before placing an order.

8. PRODUCT IMAGES

Product photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes.

Although we take reasonable care to display products accurately, the appearance of products may vary slightly due to:

  • Device screens;

  • Monitor settings;

  • Lighting conditions;

  • Photography;

  • Image processing; and

  • Minor manufacturing variations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trading cards, sealed products, boxes, collectibles, figures and other items shown within or alongside our acrylic display cases are for illustrative purposes only and are not included with the purchase.

9. ACRYLIC PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Due to the nature of acrylic manufacturing, processing, polishing and assembly, minor variations may occur between products.

These may include minor variations in:

  • Dimensions;

  • Finish;

  • Edge appearance;

  • Chamfering;

  • Magnet positioning;

  • Colour clarity; and

  • Other non-material characteristics.

Minor manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the product's appearance, functionality, safety or intended use will not necessarily constitute a fault or defect.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

10. PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND COMPATIBILITY

We aim to provide accurate product dimensions, descriptions and compatibility information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing.

Where a product is designed to hold, display or protect another item, customers should check that the item they wish to display is compatible with the relevant Heavenly Cases product.

We cannot accept responsibility for a product being unsuitable solely because a customer ordered an incorrect product, size or model where accurate information was provided before purchase.

This does not affect any statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase or any other consumer rights.

11. PRODUCT CARE AND USE

Customers should take reasonable care when:

  • Unpacking;

  • Handling;

  • Assembling;

  • Cleaning;

  • Moving; and

  • Using our products.

Where instructions or product care information are provided, customers should follow them.

Damage caused by improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, modification, incorrect assembly or unsuitable cleaning products after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product was faulty or damaged when supplied.

12. PROTECTIVE FILMS AND PACKAGING

Certain acrylic products may be supplied with protective film or protective packaging.

Where applicable, protective film should be removed carefully.

Customers should take reasonable care when using tools or sharp objects to open packaging or remove protective materials.

Heavenly Cases Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by improper unpacking or removal of protective materials.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. MAGNETS AND SMALL COMPONENTS

Certain Heavenly Cases products contain magnets or other small components.

Customers should use and handle products responsibly.

Small or detachable components should be kept away from young children where they may present a choking or safety risk.

Products containing magnets should be kept an appropriate distance from medical devices or equipment that may be affected by magnetic fields.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and any warnings or instructions provided.

14. PLACING AN ORDER

Orders may be placed through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • You are authorised to use the payment method selected; and

  • You have reviewed the relevant product information before purchasing.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

15. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

A legally binding contract between you and Heavenly Cases Ltd is formed when we accept your order.

Acceptance will generally occur when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or when your order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance.

Reasons may include:

  • Products being unavailable;

  • Incorrect pricing;

  • Incorrect product information;

  • Payment problems;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Errors in the information provided by the customer; or

  • Other reasonable legal or commercial grounds.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

16. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Offer a suitable alternative;

  • Offer to fulfil the order when the product becomes available; or

  • Cancel and refund the affected product or order.

You are not required to accept an alternative product.

17. PRICES

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate.

However, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to provide the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.

We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as an error.

Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

18. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers available through our Wix website.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for delays or payment failures caused solely by banks, card issuers or payment providers outside our reasonable control.

19. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are subject to availability;

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Discount codes cannot be used after their expiry date;

  • Only one discount code may be used per order;

  • Discounts may be limited to specific products, customers or orders; and

  • Discounts may not be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or refuse a promotion where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Fraud;

  • Misuse;

  • Technical errors;

  • Pricing errors; or

  • Other reasonable circumstances.

20. DELIVERY

We use third-party delivery providers, including Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed where applicable during checkout or on our website.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timescales.

Further information is available in our Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding delivery.

21. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Postal or courier disruption;

  • Severe weather;

  • Industrial action;

  • Transport disruption;

  • Customs delays;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Significant technical failures; or

  • Other events outside our reasonable control.

Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will take reasonable steps to keep affected customers informed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

22. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided;

  • Delivery was refused;

  • The parcel was not collected; or

  • The delivery provider could not complete delivery due to circumstances attributable to the customer,

we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before redispatching the order.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

23. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Responsibility for products passes to you when the products are delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

24. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have the legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

For most eligible purchases, you have 14 days after receiving the products to notify us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the products.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights, including goods made to a customer's specifications, clearly personalised goods and other products excluded by law.

Further information is available in our Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

25. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy explains our procedures regarding:

  • Change-of-mind returns;

  • Consumer cancellation rights;

  • Return postage;

  • Damaged products;

  • Faulty products;

  • Lost deliveries; and

  • Refunds.

The Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

Nothing in either policy limits your statutory rights.

26. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract.

Products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality;

We may request reasonable information to investigate the issue, including:

  • Your order number;

If an order appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to retain:

  • The damaged product;

  • Original product packaging;

  • Delivery packaging; and

  • Delivery labels.

We may also request photographs to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the delivery provider.

Failure to contact us immediately does not remove your statutory rights.

However, prompt notification may help us resolve the issue more efficiently.

28. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business, trade, craft or professional purposes, you are purchasing as a business customer.

Certain consumer rights and protections described in these Terms do not apply to business customers.

  • Invoices;

  • Payment arrangements;

  • Minimum order quantities;

  • Other commercial terms.

Where separate written terms have been agreed with a business customer, those terms will take priority to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
